The Restaurant

Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, inspiration for Pas d’Art has been taken from Swedish history with subtle nods to ‘Swedish Grace’, with its architectural motifs and pure graceful lines. Added layers of patterns and color allude to the more decorative side of Scandinavian design and Nordic maximalism.

The name Pas d’Art, which in French means ‘no art’, can also be translated as ‘no problems’ and thus reflects the kitchen’s philosophy, with its bistronomic attitude to the culinary craft. The name itself is also paradoxical, as Pas d’Art is collaborating with artists, as well as figures from the fashion and design world.

L’ATELIER | LA GALLERIE

As you step into Pas d’Art you will be greeted by the Grand Bar and the spectacular L’Atelier dining room. Here you will find a more upbeat and relaxed atmosphere. In the inner, slightly secret restaurant section, you are welcomed to the La Gallerie. Here you sit in cozy couches a little more secluded.

“PAS D’ART is not only a colorful restaurant with a remarkable ambience, it’s also an art space and vibrant living room for our guests and friends.”

The food

The menu is created by Michelin award winner Michael Spiridon and the kitchen functions in a ‘bistronomic’ way, with grand ambitions. Ingredient provenance is crucial, with the menu reflecting the very best that the current season has to offer. Performance and excitement are just as important as the content when it comes to what is served on the plates.

THE DRINKS

The bar concept has been created to embody the Franco-Scandinavian persona of Pas d’Art, taking inspiration from both cultures to create an ambrosial menu. Outstanding service is at the heart of Pas d’Art’s ethos, which can be found in abundance within the bar’s warm and lively ambience.
